There are many runner’s webpages and blogs about running, about coaching, about nutrition, and about many more aspects related to running. Some blogs are about personal journeys. The Latin doctor philosophiae (DPhil) is a post-graduate academic award bestowed on an individual for having demonstrated ability to independently produce research output of a required standard. The title ‘Dr’ must not be confused with that of a holder of a relevant medical qualification. Therefore, none of the content of this blog purport to be medical advice.
